1. Make sure your fan is running at both LOW and HI speed.
2. If you have replaced 2 caps and it still leaks when up to temp, replace the reservoir. The factory ones are usually toast after they have been overheated.
3. If you have a 170 t-stat to swap in, do so, but make sure to change the fan settings to allow the lower temp t-stat to work correctly.
4. Cant speak for your local's weather but running more water will always help keep an engine cooler.
