Nice car, looks clean. I personally think 28 is a bit steep. If that was around 25 I would be interested.

25k would be one helluva deal for `04 with 13k miles. I'd say 26.5k-27k should be an easy sale.

I'd prolly be interested myself in about a month or so.

Hi guys,

Thank for the info and the emails. It just came out in the washington post today so let me get back to the local, local people for showing it this weekend.

Lurker...email me.

I will allso reply to the emails... just a very busy friday...plus I'm having trouble getting into my gmail account.

I know 28k is a bit steep, but I live in the DC area so around here it is pretty good, but I will probably come down a bit. But not down to 25k that would be a steal around this area. Check out cars.com and look for 2003-2004 mustangs in the 22079 zip code and a 50 mile radius... or check out this link

http://www.cars.com/go/search/fs_se..._|X-popular|Z-22079&aff=national&aff=national

Yes, DC area is pretty expensive...a studio apartment in this area (400-500 sq.ft.) runs anywher from $750 dollars a month and up.

I will rethink the price... but it will be a firm number at that point... Again thank you.

No, no mods. this is original - #1913 of a build of 3768.

IronTerp - I'm actually heading to SilverSprings sometime Saturday (Herb Gordan Subaru)

It also helps that I have a 1990 LX5.0 to tinker with when I get the urge to mod.

I was also waiting on doing anything to it until the third year and end of warranty. I know that sounds stupid, but...the money saved is going for a house and such.

I definitely appreciate the replys and emails... I just wish I could log-in to my gmail account to answer emails. I will also try to figure out how to post some more picture...I plan on taking more tomorrow.

Question: Does anyone know the production totals for the 2003 vs the 2004 cobras?

Thanks
-Mike

I just picked up a mint t-red 04 cobra all stock 14000 miles for 27000 in Va with the 6 year extended warnaty and a new car cover. I would think 27-28 is about right.

Denny just placed the mark...

27000 for SVTperformance members. (I think under 26k is too low for this area - VA/DC area)

2004 Torch Red Cobra, just under 13k, completely stock, remaining factory warranty and I do have a car cover for the car. My in service date was Aug 9, 2004.

for additional information email or call.

I can take additional pictures as needed.
____
Okay so 2003 Cobras had a production number of 13000 +/-
Anyone have the totals on the 2004 production run?

Question? If not paying in "cash", what in the world would someone pay with?

Cash in hand as opposed to a loan. If the buyer is financing the car it can sometimes be a much more painful process....trust me.

If your interested in any trades, I have a 2002 Lightning with 5700 miles + cash. Here's a link to it's Market ad.
If your interested, shoot me an e-mail or PM and we can work it out. I live in NJ and actually got my Lightning in VA, so I'd have no problem making the trip.

Damn... You're a few months too early with your decision... I'd definitely be interested if you still have it in a few!!! I'm in Great Falls, VA. I also have a 2000 GT if you were interested in trade +cash.

Sorry no trades... The Lighting IS VERY tempting but no trades. I do appreciate the offer.

I've been think about this all day and $27000 is not bad for this car and I would rather keep it than sell it for less. In the local listings I am lower than some of the 2003s with close to double the mileage, here is the link

http://www.cars.com/go/search/fs_se..._|X-popular|Z-22079&aff=national&aff=national

and that is with the car being advertised at 28000.

thank you,
Mike
