Youll want to drop in the 13-14 GT500 oil pump as its the upgraded oil pump for ALL 3V Modulars. Would also be a good time to consider cam phasers and chain guides while youre in there as a favor to yourself, or if you plan on boosting get some phaser lockouts.

I think a Vortec kit on it would make it super bad ass just like God intended.

I had a 5.4 raptor for about a year and half and sold it with around 110K for $17k, no issues with it motor related, was actually the quietest running ford motor ive ever owed (out of about 20 fords) A lot of people dont realize the 2010 5.4 was significantly improved over the pre 2009 versions, although they still can have phaser, timing, and oil pump issues, most other things are fixed and less common. I would have no problem buying another if the deal was right, I will say I highly recommend tuning it if you do end up buying, makes it much more enjoyable to drive.

I had a 6.2L Raptor for a few years, engine was rock solid. Especially compared to my 2018 Raptor.
