2010 vs. 2013 3M film?

I'm looking to protect frontal area with film and the guy I've used before has kit based on 2010 GT500. Can anyone tell me if there have been changes that would make the kit pieces for bumper, grill surround, etc. obsolete? Thanks

the body lines are the same on the front, only difference is the grill itself and the headlight assembly is new ( does not affect lines) but the overall is the same. The rear is different though

By "grill itself" do you mean the absence of one or the surround is different. I'm inclined to do bumper and grill surround only which is 90% of chips I think.

the absence of one...measurements are all the same...its the reason 10-12 guys are retrofitting the 13 grills to their cars

Retrofitting the 13 grill? Is that like the "Emperor's New Clothes" ?

I used the 2012 kit on my 13. No problems whatsoever.
