2011 Mustang Vortech dyno

I usually do not care about running my car on the dyno I worry about the number I get passing the 1320. Last week at a local car show I ran it for the first time on the dyno 83 degrees outside with no fans etc.

634 RWHP on a conservative AED tune I am running 94 octane.

I don't get how you guys get tuned if not from a custom dyno tune?

But you need to go up to 3.73 gears man! that is one loooooong ass pull for 630hp

It's a forth gear dyno pull Shaun sets. I run a 1/4 tank of Shell URT 105 with every fill so I hope for the rest of the summer :rolling:

With a good tune, regular oil changes and average driving, I would think his bottom end would last a very long time. Ford's website claims the connecting rods on the 5.0 GT are forged steel, the heads are cast aluminum. The one thing I like about a centri SC'er, it doesn't create the immediate stresses on an engine that PD blower does. It's more merciful.
