2012 Gt vs mild cam c6

Not really a kill but still very proud of my car.

2012 Gt- 3.73's, intake, tune, headers & corsa exhaust
05- C6 with intake,tune,headers and mild cam.
Both manual trans cars.

He's had the car since brand new in 2005 and just recently did a mild cam install.

I couldn't really tell you the mph but we did a 3rd-4th pull on the interstate and were exactly side by side all the way to the end. Not one car pulling on the other.

Not exactly sure what the weight difference is but I'm guessing a good bit.
Not even really sure what my RWHP is right now but the car pulls like a bastard.

You went door to door in your bolt-on 5.0 against a small cammed LS2 Vette. Not bad I guess.

Nice GT but everyone needs to understand a Cammed C6 is serious. Hard to beat a Vette in a roll race.

The Vette has a very mild cam I want to say its low 400s at the wheels. He's been driving that car since 05 so he can drive it just fine. Hell I don't know maybe with the gears my car was in the sweet spot and his wasn't, no telling. Guess we will just have to get some passengers for video proof next time.
