2013/14 GT500 prices at wholesale auctions these days

The same exact car 2013 to 2014 is a $7,000 swing from one year to the next. Let me know if you have any other questions on specific year

How about a price for a 2013 base car and a 2013 track pack/SVT car, and then the same for a 2014 car.

Well according to black book on a '13 base gt500 with 8k miles, average wholesale is 45k...I am pretty sure thats not what they bring at auctions..worth more than what the books says
Yeah, there's not way they're going for 45k. I got offered on trade in (2013 with 4k, SVTPP, Track Pack, Recaros, Shaker Pro) 55k...

Car is holding more value than I thought it would.
Mine was bought at Manheim before I purchased it from dealer. Is there a way to tell by VIN to see how much dealer scooped it up for?

Do you know which Manheim? There are many!! the approx. sale date? I have all access to Manheims post sale results. they have a very poor sales search setup. I checked Manheim, in Manheim yesterday. only thing that went thru this past month was a few 13 boss 5.0's for 31-39K and a 12 gt500 for 41K
manheim also seems to pull near retail prices for some vehicles. No 13-14's thru lately from what I gathered.

Would these prices represent what most dealers would offer on a trade? They seem quite high which is nice.
Those prices are higher than I would have thought. I'm even more surprised no one has bought mine yet.
The manheim prices represent auction prices. Dealers will pay at least 5-7% less as a trade in value for the car.
That's all of the manheim auctions he posted across the country.
Car is holding its value very very well. It paid to have a lower option car as they are still hovering around base price regardless of options

If you recall- when I first ordered my 13- I said that heavily optioned cars won't hold their value. That's usually how it goes!
If you think of it though. I paid $53k for my $58k recaro/Nav 2013 more than 3 years ago now. If I had 15k miles on it. I could sell it today for what I paid for it then. That's just crazy value retention.
I paid $57k for my $62k 2013. I could get $53k for that car with 15k miles. Higher options = bigger hit
Still though- only a couple grand for a few years of fun is a great bargain.
Ask an M/AMG owner how they feel about depreciation

Chris, since short term depreciation is generally steepest, will we see a flatter depreciation curve going forward? Or will it steepen before flattening? Just curious based on past data.
