Hey guys.

The V is mine. It put down 606rwhp on conservative 87 octane tune. The GT500 is bone stock. He came asking for the race. We both had a passenger in the car.

What the hell, that is awesome. Do those cars have variable valve timing?

What's the total $ spent on the V and mods so far?

Bought the V for $55k used 2011 Diamond edition with 15k miles. Real nice paint, recaro racing seats auto 6 speed. Spent $13k on mods.

The GT500 cost him $90k with 400 miles on it. I am in another country and we have crazy import taxes. New from dealership I believe they are sitting at $123k so the guy got it for a STEAL.

Ok so how much more whp does a 2013+ GT500 need to beat a 4,300lb+ Cadillac CTS-V?

We all know they need 80-120whp to beat a C6Z. Maybe we should start a list of how much more whp is needed to beat car X

Yeah you americans would shoot us down here for the prices dealership cars pay... That's why I bring mine from the US haha.

A z06 goes for over 100k and a zr1 is like 150-160k. CTS-V is over 100k also down here and they are all special orders... 6+ months of wait!

Here is the plate I use on the V...

My V made more peak power on 87 octane than 93, under the curve was less robust.

Pretty impressive run.

Only on SVTP where we can give props to the faster car despite the make and model. Lol.

Im still trippin balls that he uses 87 octane and makes over 600 to wheels. Never heard of that, but again not into different fuels and stuff like that, again nice runs and nice kill by the V, very sexy car indeed

He has meth also. Meth cools intake temps but its also alows you to run more timing just like adding more octane.
