2013 GT500 vs Cammed Camaro vs Pullied Bolt on older GT500 vs zr1 killer c6 z06

So i ran the following three cars this past weekend

Cammed Camaro (New Body Style) with bolt ons and a tune
We did a 40-140 and a 50-150 and both times i had the camaro covered pretty good.

Older GT500 with upper lower pullies and all bolt ons and a tune
We did two races both with same outcome, 2013 GT500 pulled away with ease, this race was closer together than the Camaro.

Finally i raced a c6 z06 with the zr1 killer package(heads cam full bolt on and a tune i think puts out 530-550 to the wheels. We raced from a 40-god knows but we were pretty neck and neck with him maybe pulling a half car.

Oh I'm still Stock GT500

good kills, thinking driver error on the z06, basic power to weight math has him handily beating you...

usually heads and cam Z's make 550-620 rwhp and trap between 135-145 mph but anything's possible on the street.

Here we go with another claim "Full bolt-On"/"Bolt-Ons" I never understood why people don't just put unknown mods. Instead of making assumptions.

Sure, Maybe. i'll admit though I see those damned "ZR1 Killer packages" so frequently. Such a common thing! I see how his bucket holds so much water with you now.

I'm curious to know what full bolt on's are for the "older" gt500. Full bolt on's should put the gt500 over 600 to the wheels which is around what you put down you shouldn't have pulled away with ease.

the c6z is Vette doctors cam pkg arh headers intake like 530rhwp and yes the kid can drive 10.8 first time at the track with his wheel set up.
gt500 is FBO only thing left to do is upgrade head unit lol.

So a stock 13 Shelby pulled on a bolton+ cam C6Z? Something wrong with the Z if you ask me.

^ this. Sorry guys...I have owned both and now my 13-6 + pulley '14 feels as if it could run with my '10 C6Z H/C/I (571whp) I had. They are both narly to drive...but 3rd and 4th gear in the Z was insane! Just my opinion...not denying the OP's runs...anything can happen on the street...:beer:

:shrug: 530whp out of a full bolt cammed LS7? Uhhh....somebody needs a new shop to tune their car. I've seen cammed LS7s with just intakes around 550-570whp. :shrug:

Before you start questioning me, I've owned 5 Vettes including 2 Z06's...but you're telling me you've seen cammed/intake Z06's gaining 120 rwhp over stock? Since the Z06 usually dyno's around 440 at the wheels. I think they had more mods than you think if they really dyno'd that high.
