It's rumors at this point, and Travis (Sid297) says there are inaccuracies in Car and Driver's report, so take it with a grain of salt.

I'd rather see them use more lightweight materials and get the weight down to 3500-3600 lbs....make better use of that 550 ponies!

Id rather just see them drop the Shelby name/markup/tax. Keep it how it is, sell it for $45k OTD.
