A stock STI put down 268whp on their dyno http://www.iwsti.com/forums/4099407-post10.html. Mustang dynos typically see 250 from an STI which calculates out to about 20% drivetrain loss. A 310whp STI on this dyno would be up approximately 40whp. That would put it in the 109mph range in the 1/4. Something doesn't add up with the RS's claimed power output and the tested trap speeds of ~105mph and it looks to me like it is boost management in the lower gears. If you look at how the RS is pulling away hard from the STI between 100-110mph, this makes sense.
