Yes they do. The R's don't have resonators though.

They did that for weight savings. You can see where they cut the original pipe off. You can also see the fuel cell with the integrated diffuser.

You are correct in that the outer part of the exhaust is visual and the actual exhaust isn't attached to it(GT350 and 350R). As mentioned, the picture you posted is the race car, not the street car.

@kxt, I believe the R versions have the red-colored GT-350 badging.
