It looked like it had been washed 100 time with a Brillo pad.
On the sides the paint was very thin. A PTG is your friend.

I'm always amazed to hear how horrible paint finishes can be. Sometimes it happens at the factory. Sometimes it happens at the dealership when they prep for delivery. Sometimes it is owner negligence. Regardless, detailers like you and Scott are true paint miracle workers. Nice job on that one. I'm sure the owner was 1000% satisfied!

That is very kind.

OEM Factory is bad but IMHO car $tealerships are the worst. (they are cheap)
They either have a minimum wage employee washing the cars or they have a "tunnel of swirls" car cash on the lot.

In this case, the owner just purchased the car. It was her first new car (although it was a year old).
IMHO I feel that the prior owner constantly took it through the $5 gas station car wash.
Yes, she loved it. It came out (almost) like a brand-new car "showroom" finish.
