Crab legs, more sweet corn, on the grill. I was out voted for potato salad.

Never made chimichurri steak before, but could not find a flank steak so I used BNLS cut ( which looks similar). My wife feels like it came out great as do I but we really have nothing to base it on.

Grilled a whole chicken. Wifey made some fried green tomatoes. And some sausage/cream cheese stuffed jalapeño per Mr. 03cobra#694. I slightly over cooked them because I was paying more attention to my chicken. Oops. But you are right. Good stuff. Not sure which we will make more often now. Haha. Good stuff.

Looks good Jacob. My wife did some of those jalapenos on Saturday. Did you put any ground sausage in them?

Thank you. Yes sir. We used some ground hot Italian sausage. Was a bit spicy with the jalapeño for some reason. But just the way I like it. Haha

The wife has a gridle, but seldom uses it.. only for big cookouts. She has cooked eggs and bacon on a slate stone. She scrubbed it then put a little oil on it over an open fire. It heated up and she made eggs and bacon perfectly. After she was done cooking the stone exploded....Don't recommend.

Yum. Never did breakfast on my pellet grill. I have done 3lbs of thick cut bacon for when we host our neighbors and friends Christmas Brunch.
I cook two pounds of bacon almost every Sunday on the searing grates. Makes kick ass bacon and keeps the grates from getting sticky.
