Made some changes from last weekend, and the car responded bigtime. Went down to 12psi in the tires from 15. Airbags from 11psi to 5psi each side, and went from a 8.2" lower pulley, to a 8.4" lower pulley adding 2psi for a total of 26psi.

Had some suspect blowout on the tr6's so I went with some br7's @ .025 for the added boost and safety of a colder plug, I suspect the power might be the same vs lower boost, but a lil more torquey.

Ended up with a new best of 9.73@ 141.6, and a new best 60' of 1.451, still on stock shafts. I think the setup is dialed as it went 1.451, 1.462, and 1.459 on 3 passes yesterday.

Weekend ended short with a broken Coil on pack wire in the harness, need to get a new pigtail, could of been contributing to the blowout issue.

sick! this gives me hope for my setup. Have any vids of your runs? I just trapped 139 saturday but couldn't hook up to save my life. Need some better rear tires, what are you running? I dont want to do a slick just because It's a street car 99% of the time. Was thinking the et street pro x275's.

Congrats! Damm I'd love to cut 1.4 60's with my wimpy 28 spline IRS, I don't have the balls to launch at a high rpm..:lol1:

Any dyno numbers for reference?

My old motor made 725/664 SAE, stock head, stock cam, Manley 8.5:1 pistons. Usually ran 136-137, best of 139.

This new motor is a 9:1 Teksid, Stock Heads, Comp 3 cams...traps 140-143 like clockwork. Both dyno's are broke right now up here....guessing at this point.

Based off what I have seen others make I would guess its making in the 775-800whp area.

Thats only a 2800 rpm launch bud :)

What were you racing a sitdown lawn mower? haha!!

Prius...ecoboost

Nice pass. What's the car weighing in at these days?

havent weighed it...

Obvious weight reduction

Teksid Block
AC Compressor delete (all the other stuff is there, no need for AC in Alaska)
Rear Seat Delete, but that canceled out by the MM 6 pt steel cage, +40lbs.

Car has full exhaust...

I would guess in the 3600-3650 area, im 190lbs.
