The STi is a great platform, but like every new car it will take some time before there are affordable mods out there for it. Right now there are a few companies working on some staged upgrades for it and then soon enough you should see the STi putting down some big numbers. The STi has a 2.5L Turbo platform as compared to the WRX which has the 2.0L turbo engine, which is why it will take some time because even the new STi in Japan came with a 2.0L Turbo engine, so there really isnt much of an aftermarket for the USDM STi just yet. Typically the stock STi's have dynoed around 220-240awhp, but remember there is alot more drivetrain power loss due to the AWD.
