I believe the flywheel bolts are somewhere around 80-85 ft lbs. and the pressure plate bolts are somewhere between 12-15 ft lbs.-ish.

My flywheel came with instructions that said 85 ft lbs. I put the clutch plate to 20 even though the instructions said 15 LOL. Call me paranoid but i feel like my clutch plate should be on there pretty good.

torque wrench = awesome

I literally torque'd down every single bolt to spec when I pulled my car apart...gave me a nice piece of mind.

here you go>Clutch install
Pressure plate the book says 19-24 ft. pounds (I do 35)
Flywheel the book says 54-64 (I do 75)
If you have a lake wood bell housing to the block. the book says 28-37 (I just hit it with a impact) not sure about the t-45.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Rearend cover T/A cover 25 ft. pounds
load bolts on T/A cover 5 ft. pounds max
ring gear bolts 75 ft. pounds
ARP studs main bearing caps for differential 80 ft. max
pre-load pinion bolt new bearings 19-24 ft pounds (I do 20 ft. pounds)
pre-load old bearings 8-14 ft pounds (I never use old bearings)
Back lash ring gear 8 to 15 with dial indicator (I like it tight 8 or 10 max)
