Newly compiled list of parts for my 99 cobra build looking to hit 800 to the wheel. E85 of course

Diamond pistons 10:25:1 compression
Felpro mls headgaskets
King si main bearings
King si rod bearings
Arp head studs pro series (would i need to step up to arp2000 ?)
Arp main studs
Arp jack bolts
Melling m360hv oil pump
Boundery 3v oil pump gears
Ford oem 3 valve oil pan baffle
Todd warren custom cams
3 angle valve job (would i see any performacne gain from this or just freshen up heads)
Mmr timing kit (most complete kit i could find thats adjustable)
Mmr head kit ( most complete kit i could find )
Mmr lifter shim kit( is this necessary with todds cams ?)
Mmr upgraded valve locks( are these needed ?)
Pac springs .500 lift
(Better to buy all head stuff and timing seperatly?)

vortech pulley any size from 3.10-2.85 grip pulley or standard( unsure as of now any input or recommendations )
