ADJ Clutch cable ????

I've had an brand new adj clutch cable in my garage for a while and was wondering...... I originally bought it for an '87 I was working on but could it work on the Cobra? The label on the box says 87-01 mustang though. I checked all the mags and distributers and no one sells an '03 Cobra only part so me thinks it's the same and will work. So am I wrong? :shrug:

Anyone? Ok well those that have done the mod which part#/ brand did you guys use? And did this cross to an '03 Cobra specific part?

As long as its adjustable it should fit.

Steeda has an 03 specific cable which has the mounting bracket identical to the stock cable. The cost is about $45. I also had an adjustable cable which was for an 87-01 mustang on my 03 before I found the Steeda cable and I can tell you that it will work, but you have to remove the mounting bracket and tie wrap it securely away from extreme heat sources.
