Ahh!! I scratched my rim!

I scratched my rim in a parking lot today not paying attention :bash: . The scratch is about 2.5" long on the outer edge of the rim so I'm thinking it can be repaired. It feels like it's on the surface(no dent feeling).

Any tricks to fixing this? It's eating me up thinking about it. :cryying:

I saw a report on tv once, there are companies that specialize in paintless dent removal from cars. These compaines also fix wheels, they are relatively cheap (in comparison to a new wheel.) I would look up paintless dent remover companies and then price watch all of the companies. Goodluck

I'd need to see a picture of the scratch, but I once buffed out some deep scratches on a titanium can with a metal polish kit and a drill.

I scratched my rim early last summer. It wasn't bad enough to invest in repairs so I've lived with it. Actually forgot all about it until this thread.
