Interested as well!

Does your spherical bearing got enough angular clearance if (worth case scenario) one wheel is at full drop and the other fully compressed?

In order to change the rubber bushing at the top of diff with something more rigid and don't have any problem by bending the arm itself.

Thanks

It's coming along nicely. I won't get into exactly what this prelimary testing is all about, but, I'll just say - this piece is much more complicated than it may appear. If it were just your average rod-end threaded to an adjuster, we'd have been selling them 3 years ago.

Anyhow:

BMR Specific adjusters. Left is current, right is the new one. We took the best adjuster in the industry, and decided to lighten it up a little. No big deal, I know, but - we want to ensure these new arms are "as good as it gets". Nothing beats saving weight, as long as the product is durable enough.

Pre-Production unit. This shows the Billet Machined Bearing housing, welded to a DOM tube, with the bearing fitted inside. We will be testing several variations, but, it looks like this UCA (UTCA033) will only be adjustable. The body, unlike this picture, will be built of the adjuster pictured above, and billet machined steel pieces.

What is the benefit of the Bearing vs the Poly arm? Is it just strength? I realize that a bearing will increase NVH. Is this product primarily for high HP cars that need that little extra? I cant imagine there will be a large market for 1000+hp UCA's...

PS I am truly curious this isn't a smart ass question...lol

Few more shots. Hoping to get the Black Anodized 7075 Billet Spacers in soon. Those are really holding us back at this point.

Notice the bearing size, in relation to our current bearing UCA for the 2005-2010 Cars. Owners with 2005-2010 cars, do not fret - the bearing arm pictured is likely the best bearing option on the market. We HAD to make this 11+ version so much larger, simply because Ford decided to run an 18mm bolt, instead of the 14mm bolt on the 05-10's.

Everything you can imagine (benefit) goes to the bearing. Better performance in every fashion: Stability, articulation, rigidity, handling, traction, etc etc... The bearing is better in every way.

This is not so much for "1000HP" cars - as we already have our Poly version on several 8-second cars, and it even comes standard on the 1000 HP Shelby S1000. This piece is for the customer looking for the highest quality part possible, and the best performance possible - that is what this UTCA033 is all about.

this is what im looking for thanks, pricing and when can we order?

Realistic pricing will be in the $3XX range. Likely mid 300's. We are doing our best to try to keep it as low as possible. When compared to the Multimatic piece on the Boss 302 cars, it is a bargain - to be honest.

I am hoping this will be available for purchase BEFORE the 1st Q of 2014 ends.

We did not decide to build this arm to have people pick the cheapest part in the catalog, I do apologize. We decided to offer this for the customer wanting the highest quality UCA that money can buy.

That said, check out these new 7075 Billet Spacers, anodized beautifully in black.

These pieces are an EXACT fit. As a matter of fact, if the manufacture of the bolts we provide, are even slightly off....force may be needed to provide fitment. Rather that, than sloppy!

I am pleased with these spacers. I was originally going to use 6061 Aluminum, but I thought, what the heck, may as well make it different. This is the only piece offered from BMR in 7075.

Any updates? When will they be available for the public to buy?...or perhaps you need some beta testers??? I'll be hitting the track a few times in February before heading over to Bradenton in March, and would love to install something like this before then. Should be cutting my times down from 6.5@103/10.5@130 and 1.5 60' to 6.0@105/9.9x@135 and hopefully see 1.4 60' times or better...

We are waiting on material from one of our suppliers right now. Availability should be about 4-7 weeks. The part of the process that takes the longest, before taking orders, is right now. Product release and implementation is very time consuming. We operate a little differently here, than most of our competitors.

We've got the part number. Pricing is withing $10 or so, just finishing testing and implementation.

Got Beef? We do.

We have never needed to gusset our UCA collar. We likely still do not need to, but, I figured why not....

These gussets will only be on our new series of bearing UCA.

We are looking at these being available in about 3-4 weeks.
