I also wanna do a pulley swap. I may buy the puller and do it within a week or two, max. Perhaps we can do em at the same time somewhere. Also, if anyone else wants to do the pulley swap maybe we can have a pulley party.

well i went and bought a puller so get a dyno day together at swanson

Well looks like we're set. Only thing, I have ALL the parts needed, but was sent a 2.75 instead of the ordered 2.85.
I think it will slip way too much with a 2.75 and 74" gates, I hear it slips a little with the 2.85 and 74" gates. I am going to most likely exhange it for the correct 2.85 I ordered assuming they can get one. Otherwise maybe a 2.90. Hopefully I will have all this done within 7-10 days.
Kep in touch. sounds like we have at least 3 who want to swap out their pulley's (and at least two pullers) and One who is willing to supervise

Yes, we could do it at my place in HB or I can meet up with everyone somewhere else, either way works for me. I'm free the 7th, 13th & 14th.
It would be helpful to have an extra puller or two and then we can do a couple at a time. We could also have one or two cars and others just visiting/participating so they see how it's done.
You'all have chips and new belts to go along with these pulleys, right?
