Do you actually brush your car with it?

I think the brush is for "scrubbing" the interior, not the exterior. It's high pressure air with, or without water.

Same thing as a Tornador. They seem to work really well for extremely dirty interiors/carpets/etc.

I've only seen those used on carpets and mats. From what I can tell they actually do a pretty decent job.
