Anyone know this car?

Spotted this mustang outside of Bass Pro Shop at Arundel Mills Mall yesterday around 3:30 and I'm hoping someone knows whose car this is. I really want to know what springs it has.

I walked it, did my shopping, came back out about an hour later and it was still there. Would love to have talked to the owner, but I wasn't gonna sit there all night.
