I was wondering if anyone is running these tires. TOYO Proxes TQ in 315/35/17. If you are, I'd appreciate any input. Also considering the Nittos 555 extremes. My car is stock and does not see any track nor burn outs. Again , I'd appreciate any inputs.

Not any more.. had the Nitto 555r extremes ( drag radial.) the 555's are a street tire and would be useless on anything over 450 wheel HP on the street. Got to have a DR on there. Even the nittos are useless as you start making more power. Though they last longer then most other DR's

I'm running Nitto 555 Extremes on my R. I love them! In fact, when my '03 is due for tires... that's what it will be getting too.

+1, i have the Nitto 315 DR's on the back of my car. For the street they are pretty good, but for the track it's MT's

i ran the toyo's. they wore out pretty quick. i switched to the 555's and they have lasted alot longer. the toyo's have better wet handling but nothing worth choosing them over the 555's

The Toyo's are still fairly new tires and not a lot of people have used them yet. You really cant dog on them. For the price and what you get they are excellent tires. P.M me bro i can see what i can get you some TQ's for if you want.

I've had the 555s back when I had stock wheels, they hooked up decent I guess, I have 555Rs on the back now, 1000x's better, they just dont last as long!

555 Extremes on mine. I love them. I really did not notice how much the factory Goodyears spun just in normal driving until I got out on the road with the 555s. WOW! Yes I am at stock rwhp 396.x but still I can tell a difference.
