I started fishing around because I heard a vaccum leak which turned out to be a tiny crack in the hose right next to the purge valve that I did a little temporary fix on with some duct tape. After I did that I noticed the god dam electric plug on the bottom of the solonoid dangling! I plugged that back in, fired her up and I could instantly tell the difference.
I cruised around a bit and holy hell the throttle responce is much crisper, it used to be that I'd pound the gas to the floor and there was a 1/4 second delay before the motor started winding up, bt now there's almost no delay at all when I hammer the pedal to the floor and the motor explodes to life.
