I'll take a stab at this one, Sam. Here is one of your image URL's:

Between the image tags is supposed to be URL only. Notice that you have tags outside of the URL you were needing to post:

By the way Sam, when you hit the bridge last night, it still sounded like you were in the parking lot!

Sweet, she is kind of loud isn't she? lol. When I revved it up under the overpass before getting on the highway I scared myself. It was unbelievably loud!

Travis, I don't know if Evan gave me crabs last night, or if I'm just itchy from being in your attic working on your A/C. Either way, one of the two of you are going to have to pay for my discomfort. Great times last night and the security guard was cool as hell at the Wiliam Jefferson Rape Box last night. I thought for sure we were going to be arrested and molested.

We had fun last night guys!!! Bunch of people in Searcy tonight though. Caleb offered a C5 to compare acceleration and the dude just looked at him like he was an Oldsmobile or something. Then Caleb threw up a Benji and the dude said, "How fast will it go?" (are you serious dude....?) Then the young man (in his fathers new 97-99 convertible C5) declined once again. He didn't know what was up but he didn't want to find out either. Probably to save face b/c his woman was with him.

btw Sam, YOUR SS SOUNDED SAAWWEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!

And feel free to whore up my "for sale" thread. I'll take all of the POSITIVE whoring and TTT's i can get. :D

We'll get that GT sold. If I have to man up and part out a testacle on ebay and buy your ride to donate it to relatives abroad, I will. Uncle Rudy needs his own transportation to and from the Nike factory.

Thanks man. It's pretty "raspy" around 2,500rpm's. I didn't like it at first because I thought it sounded like an old farm truck. It doesn't sound as sophisticated as a lot of other exhaust systems out there. Most people with my set-up add an inline Bullet or Borla XR-1 muffler to replace the resonator on the Loudmouth. I was going to do this as well but I must confess I like the way it sounds now and it seems to be growing on me more everyday. The raspy sound still bothers me every once in a while but overall I really like it.

I would welcome anyone's opinion or thoughts on how the car sounds or weather I should do anything further to it at all.

Thanks again!

I don't really know what to say about that one. I think I am greatly offended. Damn you Jake. I thought we shared something special. You are just threatened by it.

what ever happened to talking about cars? I'd like to hear problems on people's car so i can try and help them on there problems. I'm thinking of taking my cats off and seeing what it's going to sound like. better or worst. I know that on the cobras you can lose bottom end but gain alittle top end? They (Steeda) say up to a 40lb. loss of torque to the wheels. And a small 5-8Hp gain without cats. But Torque is more important in take off than Hp is Top End. Any info guys!

I've got an OR X-pipe on mine, and I think it sounds fine. It's certainly NOT too loud, IMO. I did notice a small drop in boost, and the torque didn't seem to hit quite as quickly, but it still put down 470lbs at the wheels, so I couldn't have lost much.

As for the different pipes, I think the X-pipe belongs on the modular motors. The H-pipes sound like crap with them for some reason. Still, if you had to go that route, I'd only go with chambered mufflers for a H-pipe, or straight through mufflers on a X-pipe.
