At it Again... POLISHED the Factory idlers.. PICS

Today I polished the factory idlers took about 5mins per pulley here is a before and after. Used the same process 80, 220,400,800,1000 grit sandpaper and meguries alum. polish.

yep, no dremel. Just did it why the car was runnning. I don't have balls I'm just stupid.

That depends on how long it takes him to swap your pulley onto his own car so that he can run the engine while polishing. :eek:

Dave, will the clear coating wear off on the contact surface and then rust anyway? Personally I would just go with a nice set of aftermarket billet idlers.

I should have put. Clear the part that the belt doesnt touch.:rolling:

IMO.....Don't put any body parts of value near any spinning machinery.:bash:
