You can actually make that your own avatar. Make sure its 125x125pixels, and then go into your USER CP at the top, and I believe its options, and upload your avatar.

As for title......you have to have a certain number of posts before you can customize it IIRC

It was at 750 for some reason, I just changed it to 35 as well.

user cp > edit profile > scroll about 1/2 way down, and you'll see Custom User Text:
