I don't think so this generation... I'm thinking the 9th gen will see a fully electric vette which will suck. This generation should be:
C8 base
C8 Z06
C8 e ray with battery pack and 2 electric motors up front driving the front wheels
Zr1 800+HP twin turbo Lt6
Zora 1000+ HP motor from zr1 with electricity motors from e ray.

If Ferrari is making its next car (296gtb) a hybrid V6 making over 800hp I see no issue with Chevy making a full EV vette. Wether ppl want to admit it or not both company’s realize power and performance can be had without a V8
