Less than 1k miles on the XBA setup. Elbow is powder coated black by BPS and port matched to a BPS blower (still works perfectly to a non ported blower). 168mm Kenne Bell throttle body is in perfect shape as well and drove great with the Lund tune. $950 shipped

Yes you will have everything you need to install the shifter. And it did help with the 1-2 shift for me. I did Amsoil fluid at the same time too and it was great.
