That makes alot of sense up north. Northern Ca still has no biannual smogs.

I believe it has to be a physical address, check dmv's website. That's not a bad idea tho if you can. I can grab your mail for u if it works lol

Just gotta keep in mind even if you use an address from a county that doesn't require biannual smogs there's no escaping being pulled over by CHP or any pd and having them send you to a smog ref lol.
