Belt size question. 2.81 upper/2lb lower, stock idlers?

It also has a Steeda 90mm(?) belt tensioner pulley, what size would be best?

And where could I pickup a 2lb lower pulley/for how much? Mine looks to be nicked pretty good and I'm not sure if I should reuse it or not. Thanks in advance.
