Best Digital Camera for under 350

In that price range, I'd recommend the Canon S3 IS:

i am also in the market for a digital... do you guys mind posting some photos taken with the camera? and how's the video quaility?

I'm pretty happy with my canon S2IS. I'm not sure if they make the S2IS anymore but an S3IS would be even better. I haven't really gotten a chance to go out and take really good pics with it yet, but here are some ok ones I took. I got it for well under 350.

The S1, S2, S3 and now S5 are all the same camera, for the most part. The main differences between them is the amount of megapixels, size of the LCD and a few other neglagible differences. I have a S2 IS as well.

I just picked up the sony cyber shot DSC-T70 last Friday for $280. 8.1 MP, 3" touch screen. Its pretty slick. I would recommend it.
