Are these common or are they a new thing? If that’s how you make your living I guess that truck is the Mac daddy. Super nice.

They're not super new, but you see more of them today than you did yesteryear. The men and women who own and drive these, will be gone anywhere from three weeks to three months or more at a time. This is, for all intent and purposes, their homes. They are smaller RV's with the capability of pulling semi weight.
You’d have trouble not high centering that thing all over the place.
No drivers actually want that.
Way too big.
And what exactly will they haul with such a ridiculous wheelbase?
Wrong. Look at Reliable Carriers. These are mostly used by O/O flatbed drivers though.
Well, Reliable uses trucks like this, and those aren't small trailers by any means. But like I said above, they'll mostly be used by flatbed drivers. These guys usually aren't the ones who have to back in to tight spots, but rather pull in and wait.
The husband/wife in the video don't haul very large cargoes from what I heard in the video.
They haul smaller freights, but they say the cargo they are carrying is paying them more money than those that haul way more weight. Good deal if you ask me. lol
You can't beat that! That’s why people haul crude oil. Pays better than a lot of other commodities .. and you’re home every night.
I’d say that’s the only time it’s useful
That's not a sleeper. That's a penthouse suite! LOL.Needs some slides.
I see a lot of Reliable tractors with larger sleepers.
