It would have been nice to make them just like factory. The grooves are so large.
I think they look good...I will be alot easier getting wax and polishing products out compared to the stockers. I would love to see those on a black 03-04 cobra as well.
if you painted them maybe the same color as your car or a flat black or ummm i dunno some color that went well w/ your car i think they would look a bit better, however nice craftsmanship and although i'm not a fan of them different strokes for different folks and like doug said you can't plz everyone....but i would probably get them if A) i had a cobra and B) if they were painted

I would buy some if they had the ability to be closed also. I don't have a garage and with the car sitting outside water intrusion is a big issue for me. I actually had to seal off the stock ones Water got the alternator :cuss: I would like for them to be open when I drive it to get the heat out and be able to shut them when the car is parked. Doug is there a chance you could fab something up like that?

Hey Doug, how about a black anodized one that is just open so it looks like one big open vent. I want to pop mine out, but the edges are unfinished and ugly.

Powder coated black will problably look better on my car. Doug do you have any pics of a set powder coated black?

I would think twice about having 1 big opening in the vent. Have you ever looked down in the vents, it's not pretty down there, and that is what you'll see when you look at your car from the outside.

Already have that design.
Two problems
1. harder to machine because of all the removed material.
2. Not so good looking when you can see all your engine caps and stuff.
But you find 19 other people to buy them and it will be done. ;-)
