i have emailed BOI a couple of times asking when i am going to get my refund. i was never rude to them at all. well like i said its been a while since they emailed back. so i finally called today. i simply said "hi, im calling to check to see when my refund will be sent to me". the guy on the other end immediately gets rude. and says in a yelling tone "SIR, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FOGLIGHTS, I DONT SEE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, I REFUNDED YOUR MONEY ALREADY, WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT", I asked why he was being rude, and he continus to yell at me.. wtf. what a f****ing a**hole.. can you believe this? he just kept yelling saying i dont know what i am talking about, and that the foglights look perfect. i asked him what kind of company is this, i told him he did not have to be rude or yell at me. he continues to yell so i just hung up..
by far the worst company i have ever delt with. i would not take a free car from this piece of crap website.
