Bolt on C6 Z goes 11.0 @ 127mph

The track threw him out after his 1 and only clean pass.

The car has a Vette Doctor LS7 Edit Tune, American Racing Headers - Vette Doctors Series Z06 Headers and a Meziere Electric water pump. He used a set of 315 DR.

Another Z went 11.2 @ 125 bone stock engine w DR's.

Relax, It's a vid I figured others might like to see. It's not like I was bashing on Mustang's! My cousin has a 03 RF Cobra and it's really nice car. Hell I would have bought an 03 if I did not buy my SS in early 02.

Not bad at all, but actually kinda underachieving IMHO. We have had Cobras, with a touch over 500 hp go into the 10s at 127 mph... This is at a 600-700 lb weight disadvantage as well. Certainly a kickass time for a pretty near stock car, but it should be running better than that with the power it has and the weight is dosent.....

That is so impressive! GM did such a great job on that car.

with good drivers 11.50-11.70 is usually the norm it seems...around 125-127ish

wow fast car.

as stated above, not too many cars will go 11.0's with just headers and a tune lol. its a light car with a 7 liter engine. not really rocket science
