I see Jay Leno is a friend of Hennesey and a regular customer (Viper, Caddy, Camaro, ??). Apparently he takes good care of his "friends" and he has a reputation for taking good care of local customers but has a not-so-good reputation when it comes to out of state customers. AutoWeek did an article on his bad practices back in 2009 I believe.
