S197 never came to Australia only s550 did. So we had to buy it from America import to Australia right hand convert to get it registered to drive Australian roads. and pay taxes on top. There would be no more then 200 of these Shelby gt 500s 2007-2014 in Australia due to ford never selling them down here. If I was to buy the 2020 Shelby gt500 which ford does not sell. It would cost me well over $300k.

So my steering wheel is on the right hand side my battery is on the left hand side.

Don't mind my 3rd photo of coolant pissing out. Was on the circuit my coolant hose blew off the engine. Over heated but stopped in time before doing any damage. Trinity blower swap. Tuned by VENOMOUS TUNING. BJ THE LEGEND

Looks and runs great, does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do to make sure she lasts another 140,000?

Did you have it inspected before you bought it? I would start with a full inspection from a FORD Svt dealer Unless you have done that already. I am not a mechanic but paying for 2 hours of inspection would be great as they will give you a detailed report of the condition of the car. I would do a compression test too. I would also ask the bodyshop manager to check it out for any accidents that might not have been reported. Personally I only use a FORD SVT dealer for all my maintenance and repairs. I am keeping the car original so I dont need to go to a speed shop. I find it fast enough and for me keeping it original is the most important thing. The only thing my car has is a tune when I bought it.

Cheers!

Car looks great, Enjoy it I know I enjoy mine big time!

Banned for failing to remove stickers and rear quarter window scoops.

A satisfying case of punishment fitting the crime.
