The old lady and I have been looking at getting a house for a couple of months now. We have been looking at a couple of houses in the area around base. We seen this house about 2 months ago but weren't feeling the price. The house sits on 10 acres but they had it listed with 5 for 169,900. After talking with the Realtor she informed us that they would sell all 10 acres and would include a zero radius turn Mower and a pull behind mower for 190,000. The couple that lived in the house before got orders about a month ago and are now station in Japan so my wife decided to make an offer of 165,000 for all 10 acres and mowers, they ended up counter offering us with 175,000 so we then counter offered 170,000 and they pay closing cost and they took it!:banana: Here are some pictures of the house........we close on it next month:thumbsup:.
It does need paint and carpet which the wife has already contracted someone out to do after we close.
