If any of you guys are interested in a VERY light, carbon fiber hood, you most definitely want to consider this one. I got the bolt on hood and it's lighter than other pin on hoods I've used in the past. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to weigh it before I installed it but I will soon when I pull it back off to clear it. The front corners are a little low but its not bad at all and better than the SS style hood I was running........and a LOT more room.

EDIT: I installed the heat extractors. The hood doesn't come with the cutouts.

What does the stock hood weight? Curious to know the weight difference.

I'm not sure, but I'll check all 3 this week sometimes and post it up.

Looks awesome!!!....nice work on adding the heat extractors...

Thanks man! Hardest part was laying them out on the hood. Really glad I took the time to do it. So far, everyone seems to like it pretty well.

I couldn't bring myself to make the first cut...lol....ended up having a local body shop do it....turned out awesome but they mentioned the same thing...super impressed you cut that new CF hood yourself..
