build date of the car?

Isn't your build date in the lower right-hand corner of your window sticker, or is that some other date? Mine says 5/22/02.

03TRMN8R can you check a vin for me? My wife has a 02 MG GT Vert that has the same production month as my 03 MG Cobra Vert. She was wondering if they used the same can of spray paint to paint em. My date was 6/20/02 A Saturday. I love the weekends. Her Vin is 1FAFP45XX2F224112

FYI, if you need the engine build date I believe it can be found on a white sticker near the rear of the valve covers.

I had the car at the dealer for a little thing yesterday and when I looked at the service estimate sheet, I see printed on the right side of the sheet -- right above the odometer stuff --

In-svc: 070602 (the date I bought)
Sold: 070602 (ditto)
Prod: 061702 (my build date)

hmm i must be the only one so far i will post pics later tonight but my car has (still on it) the day it was built with a sticker on front windshield i told my dealer to leave it on its a red circular sticker that you can read on the out side of the car and come to think of it i forget when mine was built i think it was aug 30th
