the shortblock arrived yesterday along with an assortment of gaskets and bolts.
The cams are in the mail and due any day now according to MMR.

Now I need to get a timing chain kit here along with all of the bolts for that too. Hopefully we get it assembled in April for a May/June install.

swapped the vortech intercooler for a bigger one, 3" inlet and outler, we stepped up the outlet piping to 3.5" and went with a blow thru MAF, we had to notch the bumper support for clearance

I know this thread is old, Ive had other projects that took priority over this one, plus family time

I did add the terminator front bumper, it still needs paint and I'm not sure if I'm keeping it or the stock one

You will get more airflow into the intercooler with the Terminator bumper.

I'm in the process of having a new engine built for my Mach 1 myself. My mechanic suggested the 4.6L Romeo iron block that can handle 900hp at the crank. I'm just curious, why did you pick the 5.0 stroker for your build over the 4.6? I really wanted to go with the Boss 302 for my build but my mechanic said that the walls are to thin for forced induction since I'm going to have a Vortech supercharger installed with it at 15lbs of boost.
