Perhaps the insurgents were grouped up together that improved the chances of hitting someone. Regardless though, just an unreal shot.
I wonder if you get credit for hitting something that was not intended. To my mind, that would not count towards a record.

I mean, how does that even work? It take seconds for a bullet to travel that distance. Your target could easily have moved while the bullet was in flight. So many factors have to fall into place for it to happen.

It's only luck if the shooter was aiming for the wrong guy and accidentally hit the right guy. Other than that, if he was the mark and the shooter made the shot, then it was aimed and released as planned.

He musta majored in sniping, with a minor in artillery, as that's more an artillery trajectory than rifle.
