Car running horribly p340

Threw a code p340.

Happened when it was cruising and I herd something like high pressure let out.

Car was spluttering mildly on idle. Disconnected maf and car is running the same.

Can a bad camshaft sensor do this? Or my other guess is that the spark plug backed out. It happened at WOT.

Well searching through google it looks like its a code for the cam sensor. Id look at that and check the plug wiring. Its under the p/s resevoir. If thats good alot of people report that changing the alt fixes the problem. And as a fyi on all those threads they said they took the alt to the store and it checked good.

That code is ignition related so check ckp cmp plug wires coils and spark plugs

Cmpis firmly in place. Will check spark plugs tomorrow.
