Car won't run help

Anyone experience anything like this?
Rebuilt the transmission now the car doesn't run right. It goes full lean. If I reload tune is does what it is supposed to. If I drive it the car does what it is supposed to. As soon as I stop it stalls. Fire it off and the a/f is 20. Anyone experience anything like this?? Trims stay at 1 to start. When I crank it the second time the short terms are trying to add fuel. Gonna flash it up stock and reload again so I can log the problem start to stall

Issue #1, never ask someone to check something and assume they know what they are looking for.
Issue #2, always tell the people working with you, do not touch anything, no matter how trivial it may seem.

Real issue: Someone cleaned air filter and I was getting unmetered air. Looked good from the top, intake hose just ever so slightly rolled under on the bottom of airbox..
