Check charging system

Today I checked my spark plugs and car was fine after I put everything back together my battery was a little low and then after 30 seconds of the car running I got a check charging system error. Checked all of the battery cables, grounds, underneath the car looked fine, no fuses blow in the fuse box. Any ideas?:bash:

Yes the 2 little fuses there look fine.

Today the battery has a charge but pumps won't come on and motor will not turn over? I checked all the fuses, grounds, positive cables, starting to think the alternator is gone?

Yesterday the car would turnover but after 30 seconds it would get a check charging system error and if you put it in gear it would shut off.
