People parroting Civil War are a ****ing joke. You're going to learn to live with the way things are, or you're going to get shot in the ****ing head by a government agent thinking you're King Freedom or some shit. There won't be a civil War in this country in our lifetimes. Did you see how pathetically unorganized the sorry sacks of shit that "raided" the Capital were?? Literally NOTHING came from it, other than hundreds of them being arrested. There will be no bigger cause than there was then, and it was a massive ****ing failure.

I talk a lot? Sure thing pea brain, keep up or stay dumb. Not like you have a choice, but surely you could put on a facade to appear slightly more intelligent?

You really have no idea. You think the people that were there on Jan 6th were the best there is to offer? Here's a little info for you concerning people who fight wars: They don't go to rallies with the intention to overthrow the government unarmed and they're not interested in having photos taken in the Capitol rotunda, the Speaker's office, or of them walking off smiling with a podium in hand. That was not an uprising and it wasn't even an attempt at a serious uprising. It was just an opportunity to do something stupid and a bunch of people jumped on that opportunity. I'm sure there were a number of people who were hyped up for the moment but that doesn't make their actions anymore legitimate.

Werent some of the parts used in the device used to defeat the emissions made in china?
Probably, but what does the price of tea in China have to do with this?

They're going after people here in the USA. Registering a company elsewhere doesn't matter if you still operate here. Just based on observations, no idea how that all legally works.

I guess i should be more forward with my point. If they are really concerned about the tampering then the EPA would be going after all those involved making a profit from it. But what they are choosing to do is go after anyone they believe will pay or possibly providing information they want. China makes alot of parts we use in devices we use to alter our performance and or emissions.

Because no China company would ever pay a fine to EPA/US government they will not go after them. Essentially China would tell them to go **** themselves.

Isn't that what they're doing? Going after those involved with making a profit from it, here in the US. They can't fine a business that is actually operating out of the country. That's why so many shady sellers come and go on e-commerce sites. One gets shut down, 10 more pop up in its place. The vehicle interface hardware here isn't a problem, and it will all essentially be available from out of country vendors eventually. You can already buy knockoffs of most things(Clone VCM anyone?)

The land of commies and socialists!
I hate to say it but I think our best bet is for the Rs to win back the white house in 3 years. We can fight this BS all we want but it won't do much until the people or person who makes the ultimate decision is at least somewhat on our side.

With all that said I think its time for me to whip out my credit card buy a few things before they are completely outlawed.

Can someone explain the EZ Lynk thing.

Looking at the site it just seems like an OBD2 reader/output screen.

What was on it?

Just talk about what was going on. The vendors brought the heat I suppose, if the EPA keeps announcing new targets and visiting the bigger shops, pretty much worst case scenario for the mod world.

The EPA just showed they will not only go after devices, they will go after the software.
