Clutch cable/ throw bearing issues

So friday I was going throught tthe gears not to aggressively but more so than average driving. My 03 Cobra then would not go into gear. Any suggestions?

I have a SPEC dual disc Clutch
Mcleod Quadrant and FAW

The dude at Firestone initially told me that my cable was stretched and it would be done today. Well I went to pick her up and he said every time that he engaged the clutch it got stuck again and now believes it is the throw out. My only issue is I had the clutch installed less than 2 monthes ago and really do no "man" driving.

how does the pedal feel, is it hard? does it make any noise when you depress the clutch.
how many miles does the car have, could be just a stretch cable. does it release right off the floor. i recommend getting an adjustable quadrant.
